I loved it. You have to use it in conjunction with the supporting products (there is a recommended cream and gel). I saw a noticeable difference after a month. I used it consistently. So while everyone is different, perhaps those who were unsatisfied wanted more "instant" results? It works if you use it according to the recommendations on the label. Tried, disappointed
