When I first put this cream on, I thought the olive oil was a little much, but when I felt and looked at my face in the morning, I was amazed. My face really felt smooth and looked so youthful. I have sensitive skin and this didn't irritate at all. And the smell was incredible! Since the cream was a sample I got from Sephora, I tried my darndest to savor every drop. Now I placed this night cream and the eye cream on my wish list. Why don't they sell the day cream at Sephora? I'm dying to try it. As for the price, it seems comparable to middle-of-the-road beauty prices. After trying & loving Korres Honey Mask I wanted to try other Korres products. I decided upon this nite moisturizer. I was really excited about this cream based on its description on Sephora online that it's an intense anti-aging cream that will increase elasticity, firm & fight wrinkles; the numerous positive reviews and overall rating of 4 & 1/2 out of 5; the Research Results; and reasonable price. I used this over Philosophy Omega 3,6,9 Replenishing Oil. It felt like applying pure oil or butter on my face but after a few minutes my dry skin drank it up & my skin felt hydrated and comfortable. A few hours later I had some breakouts so I washed my face & within a few minutes I had dry, itchy, flaky and crepey skin! I don't have any issues with the Philosopy Omega Oil so either it's this moisturizer or layering two oily products was too much for me. I'm not sure if I should give this another try on its own.
