      For several weeks I’ve been using CosMedix Purity Clean Exfoliating Cleanser and my skin craves it now. It’s a hydrating cleanser that’s very refreshing with just enough peppermint oil to make you say “ahh” and enough lactic acid to act as a booster shot to your skincare treatment products. I don’t think it wi...ll take the place of a peel in any way, but it is a perfect partner to peels and exfoliating products. One pump in the morning, one pump in the evening after I’ve removed my makeup– that bottle seems like it’s going to last forever. This is one of the few cleansers I’ve used with lactic acid, I have no idea why I’ve waited so long. If you think it’s time to take your skincare to the next level because what you’ve been using isn’t quite cutting it anymore and you think your skin needs a little anti-aging boost, I’m all for AHA’s. This cleanser is a good place to start. Purity Clean starts out almost as a gel, but will slightly lather. It’s not one of those foamy-bubbly jobbies, but I think it works as if it were.       Clean and Fresh

      I use nothing else on my face and neck. This product has a nice clean scent and effectively takes away dirt and grime, as well as makeup. My face has fewer breakouts, black heads or clogged pores when I make this a part of my daily regimen. December 7, 2007, 7:16 am

      Clean and simple

      I really like Cosmedix products. I like that they are highly effective, but do what they can to keep extra junk out of their formulations. Purity Clean smells great and feels great ... though the peppermint may be a little more burn than tingle for extremely sensitive skin. But that's exfoliation for you! Definitely wort...h the money for a high-quality product that treats your skin right, leaving skin clean (that real clean where you don't feel like there's still film or crud left on your skin) and clear.
