I have been giving myself a weekly mini peel and my checks get red afterwards. I am not quit sure if my skin has a light case of rosaca but this calming cream is the best for redness and dry patches. I didn't use it at first after my peels and the redness stayed for a couple of days. I used this rescue mask after I had applied the Vitamin A and the Vitamin C crystals (my fault, I mixed too much). It instantly took the burning feeling away and within 2 days my face was back to normal. So, now I keep some of this handy for any kind of burn, including sunburn!
