I love this stuff!
I started using Bliss Baggage Handler in early spring. My eyes are often puffy in the morning due to allergies. Just a dab of baggage handler and the puffiness is gone! Bad with Makeup
This is great for depuffing. But it doesn't work with makeup. When I apply foundation and concealer, it seems to react; and little flakes or something start appearing on the skin. I guess it's a combo of foundation and this eye gel. It's yucky. But I'm sure it would be good if you aren't planning on wearing makeup so that's pretty limiting for me. Works for me
I love this stuff. It has worked on my puffy eye lids after a night of crying or drinking - or both. I always have a little bottle around.
