Great stuff--but store-brand does just as well!

I love the Vaseline Cocoa Butter lotion and body cream...however, I have tried both and noticed that the Walgreens brand Cocoa Butter lotion does just as well, at a fraction of the cost. If you're brand-conscious, this is a good one to go with...otherwise, I'd recommend sticking with the store brand on this one! — 3 years, 5 months ago

    Perfect Ten

This stuff moisturized without leaving even a hint of greasiness. Smells yummy, and it gave my skin a bit of a glow. I don't think you can find a better body lotion in this price range. — 3 years, 6 months ago

    Smells really good.

Unlike Palmer's Cocoa Butter, which is also my favorite, this cocoa butter lotion from Vaseline smells really good, kind of like chocolate. When I can't stand the smell of Palmer's, I use this instead. It is a nice lotion that really moisturizes and softens my skin. — 4 years ago

    LUV IT

I love the smell of this lotion. And it is the first thing that goes on after my shower. Hint: my husband always tells me how soft my skin is, but he doesn't know my secret. Another plus - it is really affordable. — 4 years, 1 month ago

This takes forever and a day to sink into my skin!

I love the smell of cocoa butter - but this doesn't smell so much like suntan lotion cocoa butter as just a nice light scent. However if I could get it to sink in a bit quicker that be a nice time saver, but, the end result is nice, long-lasting, soft skin. — 4 years, 2 months ago

Nice smell, but a little too greasy

Maybe it's just me, but whenever I use this right after a shower my skin DOES feel really soft, but it takes forever to sink in and I always leave door knobs feeling greasy and can't open things for a while because it's too slippery. I love the smell, and it's alright for my super dry elbows, heels, and knees but it takes too long to sink into my skin. — 4 years, 2 months ago

    Excellent

I never really liked Vaseline lotions but saw this one and decided to try it. Smells great, leaves my skin soft, smooth and GLOWING with continued use. Great price. I went out and bought some more so that I would not run out of it. LOVE this stuff. I am recommending it to everyone I know. — 4 years, 4 months ago

    decent heavy-duty lotion

This is a serious lotion that does a good job of moisturizing. I find it a little too heavy for me though. It doesn't seem to sink in as thoroughly or pleasantly as other lotions. For some time afterwards I kind of feel like something is still sitting on the surface of my skin. I'm willing to put up with this for the occasional intensive treatment with the gel body oil from the same line, but not for a daily-use body lotion. If you have normal to moderately dry skin like me, this may be too heavy for you. The scent is okay but I prefer the cocoa butter smell of Palmers products. — 4 years, 4 months ago

Light, moisturizing and less chemicals than other lotions

Its moisturizing but its not heavy...I usually hate when people use descriptions like that because you never find products that actually fit that description but this one does. I actually saw improvement in my skin with continuous use. I used it last winter and it gets the job done it also doesn't have a bunch of unsafe chemicals in it which is why I will be buying it again. — 4 years, 6 months ago
