Twist-up version
I have the twist up bonne bell eyeliner in basic black, it's not the precision one, and its also not on this site, so I'm reviewing this as it's the closest thing. This is the best cheap eyeliner I've tried, and it shows up way darker than most. It looks like a gel liner I used to use, but it's not as much of a pain to apply. It is sort of a blueish black, but still an excellent color payoff, and the liner just glides on smoothly, no tugging, skipping, stabbing, rubbing, or other discomfort.
