    Best product ever

I can't believe all my life I've been buying tons of products and finally found the right one. I have fine thin hair and this has worked wonders. It's full, shiny and holds my style. A bit expensive but very much worth it. The longer you keep it on before washing it out, the better the hair looks. Tried the Almond Mint but that did not work well with me, but tried this on and it's great. No more shampoo for me!

Great Item - Good to use - Not so good price

Product quality: Wonderful. . Container: Awful - you can't get product near to the bottom of the pump. Did it live up to its claims? As long as you don't believe your hair will grow 12" and double in volume, yes! Hair definitely feels clean, fresh, soft, silky, full of body. Length of use: I have used this for 2 weeks now, so I cannot comment on buildup. However, my slightly oily hair feel...read mores very very clean at the scalp - it just doesn't SQUEAK (which I understand is not a good thing) Value: It's expensive, no two ways about it, even if you do factor in the multi use. Unless you buy very high end hair products, this will hit you in the pocketbook. However, you may consider it "worth it." The concept is pretty cool, the stuff smells lovely, and my husband commented on my hair even though I had fallen asleep with it wet and let it dry naturally. The BEST THING for me: I have never ever had a product that completely detangled like Wen. I mean, the comb slid through my hair wet and even when dry, I can easily run my fingers right to the ends. I have very fine hair and it knots up easily. No more. That's positively AMAZING. It seems to be important to use enough. I found that 12-16 pumps are plenty for my top-of-shoulder medium thick fine hair. It's also vital to massage thoroughly and add some more water to really get everything emulsified. Leave it in (take any excess on your hands and rub on legs...soft!) 1-5 minutes (they say 3-5...I don't have that much time!) and rinse thoroughly. I think it's easy to rinse out. I wasn't bothered about the "no lathering" concept. You know that's the story, and it really feels nice and creamy on the hair. It doesn't feel greasy or oily. I think it's EASIER to rinse than regular shampoo! I used only a scant "pump" as a leave-in conditioner, and did not apply to my scalp. I've also tried the Lavender (a tiny bit more moisturizing) and Sweet Almond mint (wakes you up minty). I'll continue to use all three. If I do find I get any build-up, I'll use a regular shampoo once or twice a month and then go back to WEN. So, for all my griping about the price and pump, I am obviously sold.

    Ditto Cuysmomo's review...

This product without-a-doubt improved the quality of my hair. My hair was immediately softer and shinier, though I agree with Cuysmomo's review that after prolonged use it did leave my hair quite weighed down and I noticed my hair became oily a lot faster than normal - even after rinsing the product thoroughly. The most noticable affect Wen had on my head was actually on my scalp. I found it he...read morealed my scalp amazingly - and I hadn't even realized there was a problem with my scalp before using it! It is incredibly soothing. I love the concept of this product and definitely recommend it to others - especially if you have dry/damaged hair, a sore or damaged scalp, or if your hair is in need of a burst of life. Unfortunately the price is rather high. It is extremely expensive for the amount of product you need to use with each washing. If you use it regularly you'll be shelling out QUITE a lot of money - keep that in mind.

    Still not impressed

Tried the Almond Miint and then this. Both are poor products for fine naturally soft hair. My reviewn for the almond mint is more detailed.

    I love Wen products

Using a shampoo and a conditioner always had a drying effect on my hair. After using Wen products for a month, my hair is shinier, healthier, stronger and I love that there is only one step to this product.

The hair gods finally answered my prayers!

Oh the joy of beautiful, bouncy, full hair! My limp, fine, dry locks resisted every shampoo, conditioner, and "volumizing product" out there. I had an oily scalp and dry hair. Broke down and bought this through TV offer. First time I washed, I sat down and cried with happiness! A girl on the street actually asked me who does my hair because it looks so shiny and full. This is the stuff good hair days are made of!!!!

    I am surprised!

After less than a week, I am losing less hair! Or, less is breaking. Either way, my hair stays clean looking all day and my face is MUCH less oily -- even at the end of the day! All in all, a win/win. Use very warm water to rinse and rinse well.

    Cleansing conditioner

I tried this product for about a week, and my hair did feel very smooth and healthy. The product is such a departure from regular shampoo and conditioner, however, that it's difficult to use at first and it's pretty hard to wash out all of the cleansing conditioner. Your hair will look incredibly oily if you don't get it all out. It does what it says, cleanses without stripping hair of natural oils, but it's pretty tricky to use.
