I absolutely hated this. The consistency is very chaulky and applies terribly. On a positive note, the color was correct, but it also magnified my imperfections. First time with mineral powders
So I always see the bare essentials infomercials, but wasn't willing to spend the money. I use a powder to set my liquid foundation normally. All the rave seems to be about how these mineral powders are better than talc-based powders, so I thought I would give it a try. At first, it didn't seem to work well with my skin..making my pores seem bigger and not blending well. Of course, I'm a chea...read morep-scape when it comes to make-up, so I thought I would try it out for longer. Now, I use it all the time and it looks fine. I don't know if my skin got use to it or what, but it goes on smooth and doesn't clog my pores. As for coverage, I don't use it alone and can't really picture it offering a super amount of coverage, especially if you have blemishes. Love it
I just bought this stuff yesterday. I needed a makeup that wouldn't irritate my new piercings. I also have somewhat problem skin that I need to clear and my Neutrogena Skin Clearing makeup just wasn't cutting it. My piercer recommended that I try this. I was a little skeptical as I had tried Neutrogena with no luck. I bought this along with the Neutrogena mineral blush. I used it and then took a ...read morephoto. Generally mineral makeup doesn't work with photography. In the photograph, however, my skin looked dewy and practically blemish free. Light coverage

I can not believe it!
I am a makeup artist and have worked in a high end cosmetics retail department store. I have tried almost everything you can think of to conceal and correct overactive oily skin, cystic acne, and larger than normal pores. I ...read morewanted to try a mineral makeup but was too cheap to buy the mineral makeup du jour. At first I used the brush that comes with it. The brush is terrible. Now I use a cosmetic sponge and apply it like a foundation. I do recommend a separate eye concealer and blemish concealer for extra flawlessness. But if you are on the go and want to look natural and moderately concealed, this product is awesome. And did I mention fast? I did not like it!
All the colors were too dark for my fair skin, and they're too orange! I find it very puzzling my alot of makeup companies make face products with an orange-ish hue. I don't think I have ever seen anyone with orange skin! Anyway, after I put this stuff on, my face looked really chalky and "dusty". Awsome flawless skin in a bottle!!!
I hightly recommend this product...its so easy to apply and it just melts into your skin giving you a flawless natural finish, it doesnt accentuate any fine lines and seems to have a moisturising effect to it.
