I have tried them ALL (including other Chi irons). Dont bother; this is The One. Heats in a blink. Maintains an even temp. NEVER snags or rips the hair (THATS HUGE). Chi is a styling God!
I've had my Chi for about a year now. The neck guard makes me feel more secure when I'm doing my hair, because my neck knows that I've had some accidents in the past! Although the Chi is a little pricy, it's well worth the money, it's an investment with a lifetime warranty! Faithful till death do us part!
I love it, I have had it for almost 5 years now and no issues whatsoever and when I tought I had one they honored the warranty no questions asked and send me a new one, wonderful!..I do not go to a beauty salon that does not have it.
