Good Product!

Hated it
I flat-out hated this shaving cream. Keep in mind that I strongly prefer non-foaming shave products and have used natural brands for years, so it's not just that I wasn't used to the concept. This stuff didn't coat the skin well, so it didn't help the razor glide or prevent nicks well. It also smelled funny and wasn't very moisturizing. If you want a nice, natural-brand shaving cream, try Kiss My Face or the excellent Alba line. Toms of Maine is a great shaving cream to take on a business trip, camping, a weekend trip, etc. It is a vegetable based cream so it doesn't foam up like traditional shaving cream out of an aerosol can. I like the mint scent which comes from natural plant extracts instead of petrol based chemicals. This product spreads out on a just-washed-face (I'm a guy ladies...) like "wet" lotion, again, thin compared to a foam but it gives excellent protection for a really close shave.
