Cheap doesn't always mean poor quality, and this pencil proves it. This smudge-proof and waterproof liner is soft enough to glide on smoothly, but not so soft that it slips right off. It also comes with a smudging tool that allows you to create a more smoky finish -- très versatile. This stuff really stays on, and at this price you can buy all four shades without guilt.

    This stuff is unbelievable. I have used Prescriptives eye pencils for years. At $12.50 a pencil, it's a great eye pencil. That is until I tried Wet n Wild. I couldn't believe I could get the same long lasting results for a couple bucks. I was totally amazed at the deep beautiful color choices. I was also amazed at how... This stuff is cheap, but compares itself with the best and cannot be differentiated from the best. You can get 6 different colors for the same price as 1 top of the line eye pencil but their is literally no difference in color or quality. WET N WILD earns a Gold Star for their eye pencils.     Not Impressed

    I'm a total beauty junkie, and I just didn't like this product. It was too hard- the color didn't go on easily. The color seemed to deposit easily on my hand, but I would have had to press really hard on my eye, which I wasn't about to do. Meh. I had to throw it out. May 8, 2008, 1:37 pm

    Loving this!

    God I love this eye pencil! The price! The fact that it absolutely will not rub off, flake off, smear off..... It is also perfect for making a precise little line on the top lid, when the top lid is pulled taut. December 23, 2007, 9:10 am

    Slightly Disappointed

    I was slightly disappointed when I bought this eyeliner. Even though it was a great price, it didn't stay on very long at all. It was easily smudged also. The sponge on the end is nice to create a softer look thoguh. June 8, 2008, 6:07 pm

    Blends Perfect

    I'm a runner and with this weather, you never know what can happen. Other water proof things are dark, but this comes in a variety of colors and works really well. February 16, 2008, 10:36 am

  • Directions

  • Start at the outer corner of your eyelid and trace the lash line towards the inner corner of your eye. Repeat on lower lid. For a smoky effect, use the smudger to gently blend the color.
