Aveda Petal Essence Eye Definer
Editor's Rating & Review
I generally steer clear of pencils for fear that they'll be too hard, too soft or too difficult to sharpen. But this forest management-friendly little guy gives me hope. Though the rich color isn't waterproof, it doesn't smudge or fade unless you work at it. The plastic cap isn't easily lost, as it fits snugly over the firm, creamy tip. Drawing a fine line is easy, but watch out for crumbs if the tip is too sharp.

Awesome eye color
I love the colors this eye definer pencil comes in. Great quality makeup. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

My favorite pencil liner
I usually use liquid eyeliner, but when I'm in a hurry or don't want too fine a line, I reach for this. It glides on like silk, leaving a bold, even stroke of color that lasts all day. Still, I really don't like spending $12 on a pencil, and this one isn't self-sharpening, so it doesn't last long. — 4 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Eh...
This pencil sure is pretty LOL. From the frosted cap to the really nice wood body, you can automatically tell this pencil isn't from a convenient store. It's typical price for Aveda, and has a really nice rose scent. I have this in navy, and it sharpens easily without breaking and draws a nice creamy line without tugging my eye area. However, it might just be my oily skin or something but it smudges like crazy! The pencil itself lasts a long time because you don't need to really rub it in for the color but the product on my face doesn't last. Stars off! — 3 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful
