I am suprised by the color!
Ok I am pale. I am really really glow in the dark florescent pale. I have found two sunless lotions in my life that don't turn me orange, Xen tan which is awesome but its expensive at $40 dollars a bottle, and this summer color by banana boat. After reading good reviews I tried the light to medium version of this. At first I saw nothing but now, afte three uses (one every other day) I look like a ...read morehave a very light very even tan. The color is so natural, even around the trouble parts like hands and feet! My skin tone looks pretty! And for once I don't look orange or dirty! At six fifty a bottle you can't beat it! Alright.
This product gave me really good color with hardly any streaks. But after just a few days it started coming off in patches. My skin looked really, really weird for days, no matter how much I exfoliated. Works good- even for white pasty skin
I've only had this for a week, but so far it works good. I love the smell. It's fruity and doesn't have that tanner smell like most others do. I've been using it everyday since I got it and my shade has probably gone up 2 levels. The color stays and does not wash off when I take a shower the next day. Also it is a really good price for a really good product. This works better then the other expensive tanners I bought. Pretty Darn Good!

heaven in a tube!
Okay so like most people we all want to achieve that perfect beach tan. but for fair skinned people like me, well that's only possibly if we spend countless hours out in the sun, There's not a lot of time for that and its quite dangerous! To be honest I was a little afraid to try it, but I thought hey what's there to lose. I'm so glad I found this and I will continue to use this. I'll never ever go back to Neutrogena's. First I exfoliate and after I dry off, I apply the lotion in a circular motion. The smell does not bother me one bit! After about 15 min. it dries and you'll notice results. Then much later in the day i applied a second coat, didn't even exfoliate :o, and that turned out wonderfully dark. However it did get streaky around the ankles, so be aware of that. As of now I'm not sure what to expect when it fades, so we'll have to see about that! Love It
After a bout with melonoma, my doctor told me stay out of the sun. I have been a tanner my whole life and could not stand the thought of being white. Living in Oregon where we only see sun for two months if we are lucky I had to do something. I tried a bunch of different brands and Banana Boat is the winner. When I went in for my 6 month check up my doctor gave me the look and I told him it's out of a tube lay off. Disappointed

trust me im a self tan freak

Overall a good product, but use carefully
This is pretty good as far as self tanners go, especially for the price. It has a nice golden brown color once you finally get it established. A few flaws I found are streaking, patchy coloring, and when it starts to fade it looks terrible. I started applying it once a day, and really noticed the spottiness and streaking after about 3 days. Then I started applying every other day, and it definite...read morely started to improve. My legs look great now after about 1 1/2 weeks of using. It didn't work very well on my arms, (still a little patchy) and the color it produced on my face is very subtle, but enough to get me a compliment from a co-worker on my face "glow".
