I can't believe I've finally found a good, I mean, really good self tan! I have tried tanners ranging from 10 to 60 bucks, and this is by far the best, and the cheapest! You're going to need a friend...
like all self tan products, you are going to need a friend to get your back and other spots that you can't possibly reach in order to keep this look REAL. I'm switching to this one now
I've been using L'Oreal Sublime Bronze Tinted Self-Tanning Lotion for a long time. Now I'm switching to THIS one!! I bought it by accident thinking it was my old L'Oreal favorite. I'm glad I made that mistake. This one dries MUCH faster...almost instantly after applying. I had to walk around for a long time with L'Oreal. The Banana Boat also begins showing a tan almost instantly after applyi...read moreng. I just put it on this morning about a half hour ago and I can already see the tan showing. It also doesn't rub off as bad as L'Oreal....it does a bit, but not as much. It also has softening ingredients in it and makes my skin feel much better....almost don't have to apply moisturizer, but I do anyway because of my favorite Bath & Body Works fragrance lotion. Love it!
I bought this in the "Deep Dark" shade and I love it! It gives me a great natural looking tan (as long as you make sure you apply it evenly!) I also like that it gets darker a few hours after you apply it, so what you first see isn't even as tan as you'll get! I usually apply it on Friday night before I go out, and it keeps me looking tan throughout the week! QUESTION FOR ALL THOSE PALE GALS !!!
I'm liking this stuff alot!! it's the best that i've tried hands down. i bought the "light/medium" and i was wondering if it'd be okay to get the other one "deep tan?" i am a very pale woman, but i was thinking that if i got the darker one i'd be able to use less of it and less often?? or would it just look unnatural? it seems like i have to use ALOT of this stuff in just one application to get the results i want......This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Self Tan Secrets; Banana Boat Summer Color Sunless Lotion
I have been using this self tanner for four years and I must have at least two tubes of this at all times. It is the only one that gives me a realistic looking tan, without any streaking. How realistic? People have no idea that I actually use self tanner. I haven't had any streaking with this self tanner, so I'll share my method, maybe it will help someone out. I start out by showering, using...read more a body scrub and a washcloth in both directions, up and down then side to side.. Once out, I apply the self tanner the same way, In between self tanning days, I'll use an extra rich body lotion to keep the skin hydrated. That helps eliminates the 'crackling' effect, as well as doing a light exfoliation before self tanning again. If your lucky , you may find Banana Boat's "Every Day Glow Dial a Color Self Tanning Moisturizer". Just like the name says, you can control the amount of color and moisture. If not, you can also try any moisturizer with self tanning action. The key is to keep the area moisturized.
