  At first I bought this only to get some free goodies, along with the courbe Virtose mascara. I have to admit, even with cheap drug store mascara, this stuff helps my eyelashes look full long and clump free! I am completely sold. I have took the other reviewers advise and have never allowed to dry before I applied my ma...scara so have had no trouble what so ever. I am very glad I bought this, and will definitely continue to purchase and use. I am hoping it will help me make the mascara last longer. And, if it helps my eyelashes then even better.   Great for working stiffs

  Although I work in a factory, I always make sure my makeup is flawless. By using this base along with any mascara my lashes stay fresh throughout the day. Because of the base, my mascara did not smear even though I am constantly wiping my face with a towel. The best thing about this base is that it turns even the cheapes...t mascara into a luxury purchase. I justify paying $22 for the base my buying drug store mascara. May 21, 2008, 8:10 am

  Actually makes my lashes bigger!

  I received this from my mother as a give away, I was skeptical but gave it a try anyways. Glad I did, I love the super dramatic lash look! After applying this (be sure to put mascara over it or you will get odd looks from people about your white eyelashes) and then a coat of mascara over it looks as close as wear false ey...elashes as I've come.   A must for the perfect doe-eye fringe!

  Lancome Cils Booster provides a long lush lash base for believable glamour. Apply the base to one eye, then immediately follow with mascara, then do the other eye. Too much drying time between applying the booster and mascara will lead to clumps or stickiness. Works best with Definicils mascara. It's a must if you want ...Natalie Portman-esque lashes.   The Ultimate Boost

  This mascara base is an absolute must. It provides a noticable difference in the ease of mascara application and preserving the length of wear on your lashes. Cils Booster also helps to separate and define your lashes so that your mascara goes on smoothly and does not clump. I cannot imagine using my mascara without it. ... Do yourself a favor and try it.   THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

  I have been using this mascara base for years, and have gotten many of my friends hooked on it too! I have even found that, with continued use, my lashes are in much better condition and less prone to breakage. No matter what mascara you use, if you use this base first your lashes will look fabulous. For extra volume, ap...ply to both the top and bottom of the upper lashes, then do the same with the mascara. July 17, 2008, 6:25 am

  Want those SEXY lashes?

  This is one product that I panic if I run out of it. It builds volume, length, thickness, and that bedroom eye everyone wants. It should be part of everyone's mascara wardrobe.   First time I could see my lashes!

  I was sceptical at first, but after first use, I'll never leave the house without it! It really makes a difference. I usually can't see my lashes, even after applying several coats of mascara.   Love love love my long lashes!!!

  This has really given me long long long lashes, i got it as a sample and now I'm hooked and have gottena full size tube. It gives lenght and volume with out the clumps but I do recomend that you put it on one eye at a time. Meaning that you put on the Cils Booster XL on one eye then your regular mascara right after, then p...roceed to the other eye. November 20, 2007, 1:32 pm

  Hello long eyelashes

  I've never used a eyelash primer but now i am. This primer boosts your lashes making them longer and thicker. You can use almost any mascara and your lashes will still look good. November 14, 2009, 3:36 am
