If you're not a morning person already, you'll become one after using Bliss Shock Therapy. The brisk, peppermint-scented shower gel is great for summer days and workout showers, awakening skin without perfuming it. Best for normal/oily skin types, this tingle-inducing cleanser is neither too moisturizing nor too drying. Leave it on for a minute to induce mintiness, but rinse sensitive areas quickly lest you "shock" them more than necessary. The price is steep for the amount (8.5 oz.), but you'll likely repurchase anyway for your summer bath product inventory.

YIKESThis stuff will really stimulate your senses-not a bad thing 1st thing in the morning. It is invigorating and softens skin too. The smell is great in the shower but does not overpower you later like some do. My ownly complaint is the "gulp" price-ti is high for something that goes down the drain but I guess you get what you pay for. I use it as a treat and it is a treat. — 3 years, 11 months agoOhMandy | 199 reviews

Shock is Right!I wasn't expecting what happened the first time I used this product. The extreme peppermint is super cooling making your entire body feel as if you have just eaten a giant Altoid. And, it stays with you for a while. Thus the reason that I do not use this during the winter. If you walk outside on a chilly morning, you get a double dose of body "freshness" that will send a chill down your spine. I do think this product is great for waking you up in the morning and great for summer when you want to feel cool and refreshed. But I would definitely avoid any "sensitive" areas on your body and be prepared to have your breath taken away from you when you wash your face. With all of that said - I stil love it! — 4 years, 9 months agokrudder30 | 189 reviews
