I don't even know what to say about this.
I guess that Proactiv must work for some specific group of people, but I don't know who they are. I saw the pictures in the commercials and the results looked good, but this just turned my skin red and shiny, tight, itchy and irritated. Oh, and it bleached my clothes and pillowcase. That really gave me pause-- I wasn't sure I wanted to put a product that could take the color out of fabric onto my skin. I Love Proactiv!
As a 37 year old, I STILL have acne! I have been using the Proactiv 3 step system for 3 or 4 years. The Repairing Lotion is part of a system that has worked for me. I have found that consistency is key with any acne system. If you use the system everyday, you will see a difference. If you are not consistent, you will not see results. There is no cure for acne, only ways to treat it. Remember, acne has a 2 week cycle and you will probably break out more at first. Give it time and you should see results.
