I've been using this eye cream on and off for a long time. Perhaps it's because of my inconsistent use that I don't really see any amazing effects? I've tried to be better with it the last couple weeks and while it does moisturize nicely, I see no difference in my dark circles or the fine lines around my eyes. I will say it's nice that you barely need any at all, so it lasts a very long time (I'm still working my way through a small sample tube!). I've never tried it on my lips.
