Best if used alone
I had the same results as the other reviewer; if you use this as a base coat or under a base coat (under other polish period) then it's going to chip off cleanly and completely within a day. However, this is great to use a lone. It keeps my nails hard. didnt work for me

Horrible.
I put this on under polish, and the WHOLE nail worth of polish slipped--not chipped--right off of my nail! I figured something went wrong, so I redid the nail with the basecoat. And it happened again!
