Haven't used this, BUT
I use Ideal Shade mineral make-up daily, and i love it. A lot of people are complaining about cakey-ness, and even some burning. I've experienced burning on occasion when using a brush on my face; if your face burns, you're either allergic or you need to clean your foundation brush. As for the cakey-ness, you do have to make sure you have an even amount of powder on your brush, and like others sai...read mored, REALLY blend it. If applied properly it has the potential to make your skin look flawless. My skin sucks...Ideal Shade makes my skin look great....I'm just assuming however that the products have similar makeup. Good for the money
When I first put this on, it is wonderful. I do notice that at the end of the day, my face feels kind of greasy and is shiny. The best foundation ever!
This makeup is so great! I rarely wear foundation because I have such a light complextion and it is hard to find the right shade, but this worked perfect. I have seen the infomercials on tv for mineral make up and was skeptical that it would give the results shown, but this stuff worked really well for me. Makes a nice blusher
I bought this product without checking for color first and that turned out to be a bad idea. The color was too dark but when I checked into alternative colors I couldn't find anything else. I realized however that it would make a great bronzer or brown-toned blush for summer. my favorite and i hate makeup!

Worst Mineral Ever!
This mineral makeup was a gift, and looked pale enough for me so I tried it. It left my skin looking caked and burning, I had to wash it. Then I thought it was the lotion I used that day and tried it again. Nope. I wore it most of the day and it looked worse than it felt - cakey, areas seemed to increase in oil, and it broke out after, yuck! It was like an itchy breakout. Not for me
I've been stopped in stores and told I have great skin. Even I can't use this. If you're already perfect this may be the product for you. otherwise, it really amplifies your imperfections. I'm talking about any dry skin type areas. This will really highlight them and make them look worse than just going bare faced. After trying this a few times, even after procedures which leave me glowing and my...read more skin 'perfect', this managed to find (or create?) little dry skin looking areas around my nose and on my cheeks.
