Great Makeup!
I started using this makeup because I started selling Avon and was encouraged to try some of their products. I've alwasys wanted to try this makeup and had the perfect opportunity to do so. Medium Beige is perfect for me! I haven't been able to find a shade from BE that will match the golden (yellow) undertones in in my skin. It lasts all day, through sweat, and rain! It doesn't have the SPF rati...read moreng BE does and it has more ingredients, however these ingredients include vitamin A (retinal palmitate), vitamin E (tocopherol), and vitamin C (ascorbyl palmitate). I these antioxidants make up for the lack of sunscreen! Plus, it makes my skin feel so smooth after I take it off! The day I was sweating all over my face in church, I just dabbed a tissue to mop it up. It wasn't for me

This works pretty well
But it isn't perfect. It does last rather well on my skin and I got a shade that almost matches my skin tone perfectly so I am very satisfied, but it could be a bit finer...I have to blend it alot to make it right...the price is very reasonable, tho, compared to some others that aren't much better..This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

No Good!
This makeup is not worth purchasing. This is the first Mineral Makeup I have used because the price is reasonable. But I know why, it is aweful. Too thick and Cakey and the shades (none of them) matched my skin. The only one worth using is the Translucent that anyone can use. I returned several trying to match my tone but was unsuccessful. Avon mineral makeup
I have been very interested in mineral makeup and when i saw that Avon came out with their own version. I had to try it. I have very fair skin so i ordered the lightest shade they had. I found out on my first use that It made me look very pale and sickly. So I called my representative and she helped me get the shade that was right for my skin. I went 2 shades darker and the color is perfect. I also ordered the blush. The blush is also a great product. I would recommend to all. Works for me!
This is a very reasonably priced product and does a great job. Colors blend right into my skin and doesn't feel like I have makeup on a all! It is very easy to wipe off, but that's not a good thing when you're at the gym dabbing off sweat! I have been using this for several weeks now, and I am loving it. I know very little about makeup in general and don't like to spend much $ on makeup products. However, I have sensitive, oily, acne-prone, quite pale skin, so I have been trying to make the effort to take better care of it lately. I used to always buy cheapo liquid foundations and they were ok, but even the "oil control" o...read morenes left my skin looking a bit cakey and my face would get oily every few hours, and I'd have to put on oil-absorbing powder several times throughout the day. Since using this mineral powder foundation, I have had many of my skin issues practically go away! I put it on in the morning and instantly I feel like my face looks smoother and clearer. I only have to use my shine-control powder once or twice in a whole day, which is a huge change for me! I feel like my skin looks better and I've had less breakouts since I've started using this every day. It took some adjusting since I went from being a daily liquid foundation user, applying with a sponge, to this which requires the use of a big brush (I got a cheap one at Wal-Mart and it's worked fine) and loose powder. I do make somewhat of a mess on the counter when I'm applying it each morning, but so far the trade-off has been totally worth it... I was happy when avon came out with a mineral make-up that was reasonably priced. The others can be so expensive. Anyway, I really like this make-up. It covers well, just don't put to much on. Not all Mineral Makeup Products are the same
After having been a Bare Escentials user, I thought I would give Avon Mineral Makeup a try especially for the lower price.
