It keeps your lips soft and hydrated and has a hint of color. Great for those who like just a bit of makeup or younger girls. You get what you pay for.
For less than a dollar, this is a great tinted balm. As long as you don't mind a cheap balm that tastes like an old candle you won't be wasting your money. Just don't expect miracles. I've used this for years & it can't be beat for an inexpensive lip gloss/lip balm. It keeps my lips moisturized and adds a light wash of color.
