This mascara gets a "meh" on nearly all fronts. Not only is the formula really drying, it also flakes off -- a huge issue if you wear contacts or have sensitive eyes. Despite the stiff, clunky brush, it manages to coat lashes without clumping. The mascara does produce somewhat thicker lashes, as promised, but the hitch is, the colors aren't very intense -- even the black is just barely there.

    Disappointing

    Perhaps I expect too much from Sephora ,but I really hoped that this mascara could get me through an afternoon with a blind date. The problem is that my date would have ruly have had to BE blind to not see the tiny black flakes clinging desparately to my lashes and ultimately to my cheeks. I learned a huge lesson that day....     Not worth the money

    Bought this as I generally enjoy Sephora products, but was not pleased with this mascara. It's awkward to use (that is, if you don't want it all over the rest of your eyes)...and I was it also become flaky over time. May 24, 2008, 6:47 pm

    Uneffective

    With the texture of cornstarch mixed with water, I found this formula to be very drying which makes the eyelashes feel brittle and unembellished. You're better off using a mass retailer brand that is more effective and with better quality. March 6, 2008, 4:43 am

    Good Buy

    I got this as a free sample at Sephora and really liked it. However, this is not just a quick swipe of mascara and you're done. You really have to apply a good number of coats before your lashes appear thicker. I think the instructions actually said 20 - 30!! But if you spend a few extra minutes on your makeup, it's wor...     No difference in volume

    I have extemely thin eyelashes so I was excited about this mascara. It doesn't do what it promises. I am so glad I got this as a free sample. Fortunately Sephora will take back pretty much anything so go get your money back. June 15, 2008, 10:51 am

    Flakes off
