Aveda lovers will adore the scent, but that could be where the love affair ends. It's jelly-like and doesn't yield a frothy lather. The word "organics" in the title will annoy true organic lovers since many of the ingredients on the label are three and four syllables long -- a good indication that they're not entirely organic. Still, it'll get your hair clean, smooth and smelling nice, but Samy Smooth Shampoo costs the same and does a better job.

I bought this shampoo for the smell alone. It smelled really fresh. I did have to use a little bit more to get the lather that I liked but I treated it like a spa experience. Do all shampoos have to smell like fruit? No. . — 2 years, 9 months ago
