I just bought one of these with no intention on liking it for whatever reason. Turns out it's very moisturizing and fun! I really like how it glides on your lips and shimmers. great for a fast sweep of color and moisture

Good alternative to lipstick
Really pretty color for a lipbalm! I have this in Watermelon and it's a really sheer and slightly shimmery color. Really girly and really cute. For those days when your lips are a little dry from the cold and not looking their best, the last thing you want to do is to put some drying lipstick on! But slap some Burt's Bees on and you have color and the healing benefits a lip balm. The best of both worlds
I love Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers. Normally I am not a fan of lipstick. I find it drying and difficult to apply without a mirror. I have several lip shimmers now and love the fact that I can get a bit of color, moisture and apply them easily on the go. It is like having a Burt's Bees lip balm with color! These do not have the same color saturation as lipsticks, but they have much more color than the average tinted balm or gloss. I have had to go through several shades to find the ones that work for me. I've ended up giving several tubes to my girlfriends because some of the colors work better on them. However, once you find your shade, they are great! They are almost all quite shimmery, so if you prefer a more matte look this is probably not what you're looking for. Radiance and Champagne are both quite light so I enjoy using them alone and over matte lipstick to punch it up a bit. Stunning Colors
I really do like these lip balms because though there is not a wide array of colors available, they all are quite versatile and flatter everybody. I am cool toned yet the Papaya lip shimmer looks nice and not too orangey on me. nice product
