Lovely, But Need to Reapply Often
A friend and colleague of mine was recovering from cancer surgery and told me she uses no products with synthetic ingredients. I bought her this gloss as a little surprise gift and put it in her mailbox at school (of course, I purchased one for myself). This is quite moisturizing with Shea Butter, a multitude of oils (Sunflower, Castor, Strawberry Seed, Apricot Kernel, Black Currant, and Soybean, for starters), Beeswax, and Vitamin E. She and I both greatly enjoy the lovely shimmering colors (not overwhelming, just charming) and the hard-to-resist Peppermint scent, but we found ourselves applying constantly. If this would last longer, it would be a perfect ten! — 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

I like it!
I like the minty scent. It's not as moisturizing as the plain, unshimmery balm, but it's good for a product that combines a nice amount of color and balm. I have the Watermelon color and I think it's just right--not too pigmented and not too sheer, and not too glittery/shimmery. The only problem is that it's a little messy--it tends to get around the white plastic edge and you can't twist it down far enough to avoid smushing it sometimes when you put the lid on. But it's definitely a product I will continue to buy. — 4 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 11 of 19 people said helpful

OK as a back up...
Burt's Bees Lip Shimmers are OK for me in a pinch. They do require reapplication often. I prefer the Fresh tinted lip product. It is more expensive but you get at least twice the amount of product and it stays on a lot longer. I think the Lip Shimmers are better for the younger crowd. My 15 year old daughter enjoys using these. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 21 of 48 people said helpful

Great lip shimmer that smoothes your skin.
I love burts bees. I use this among many other burts bees products. Its all natural, has a great taste, and soothes chapped lips. — 4 years, 1 month agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Not a Fan
This product is grainy, tastes odd, and looks frosty. I really do not care for this product. — 1 year, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 9 people said helpful

Long lasting simmer
I like Burts bees although I don't use it as much. These lip shimmers are long lasting and come in great colors. — 3 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 10 people said helpful

Quick pick me up
Nutmeg is my second Burt's Bee Lip Shimmer color, and this warm color is a mixture of orange and pink, with a hint of pretty bronze. I like their smooth formula. It is a bit lighter than I remembered so I have to re-apply after drinking. The color is very shimmer and subtle. When I have chapped and dried lips, I use medicated/more concentrated lip balm But for a little pick-me-up before going to casual places, I love Burt's Bees tinted shimmer lip balm (and Nivea's). I cannot wait to try another color when this stick is done. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 12 of 23 people said helpful

Good for a Natural Look
I like to wear this lip shimmer when I'm going for a natural look. It gives my lips just the right amount of colour. It also smooths out my lips so they are wrinkle free. Good 100% natural product. — 2 years, 5 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 4 of 13 people said helpful

I never run out of this product and the price is as delicious as the product. — 4 years, 11 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 3 people said helpful
