Def not a "must-have"!
These eye makeup remover pads aren't necessary if you buy all purpose cleansing or exfoliating wipes like neutrogena and garnier make. These seem to dry out too quickly and become less effective as you get to the bottom of the stack. For about $5 each, I'd stick with the other all purpose makeup removing wipes which seem to stay moisturized for longer and come with more cleansing power.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Squeaky Clean
