Never use anything else!
I have been using Jergens since the time I received a sample onboard a cruise ship. I live in Florida and do not want to tempt fate by spending too much time in the sun. I do have a naturally darker skin tone, but this allows me to look like I have my normal tan as if I had spent lots of time in the sun, but I do not woory about the effects of the present exposure.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 12 of 14 people said helpful

only self tanner i would use

My Favorite Self Tanner So Far
So far this is my favorite self tanning lotion. I only use it on my legs (I don't ever use tanner on my face and my arms get enough sun as is) but I goes on more evenly than some of the other tanning lotions I've tried and is subtle so it doesn't look stupid fake and is good for making otherwise pale, pasty legs look naturally tinted with what looks like a healthy glow. WARNING! Read before you buy!
Only use this on your arms and legs. It will look horrible on your face unless you apply it perfectly, which is next to impossible and it will streak and leave your face greasy. But it's excellent for arms and legs and I use it twice a week after I shower. If you want your face tan, use a mineral make up that's a darker shade than you are. I started seeing color after about three days of application, but it took a lot of commitment to continue it. The smell and the feel of the lotion on my skin was bothersome and hard to get used to. Not Orange, but Stinky
I've used several self tanners before like Neutrogena and L'Oreal. I would say Jergens is pretty good as far as not making you look like an oompa loompa. The tan is very gradual, almost too gradual. It works well as a lotion, but my main problem with it is that it stinks! The fact that it tans you gradually would be ok if I'd actually want to use it daily as a lotion, but the fact is that I don't really care to smell so I try and use it at night instead.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Not worth the $
It only lasted for 7days and I just used it on my legs.
