I love this tanner
I've used this product for a few years now. I usually break it out when the weather starts getting nice and I can wear shirts and shorts. It's really easy to use and doesn't look fake. It's great if you are just needing to go a few shades darker. After a week of using you can defenitely tell a difference. The price is great for the product. The one thing I don't like is the smell. tan in 2 days
I am very fair with freckles everywhere. I tan very cautiously- ie - via fake spray tan usually. I tried this lotion on my arms and chest and it has added a natural glow within 2 days. Only problem was b/c my elbows were very rough/dry, those turned darker than I would have liked but as tan faux pas go- this was not bad at all. The best on the market
The best there is, the awful smell is still worth it. L'Oreal and others may not smell as bad but the glow is much more natural from Jergens. My trick is to slather it on before bed (wear an old tshirt) and then shower in the morning. always make sure to mix it with moisturizer on your hands and elbows though!This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Two Thumbs Up
I use Jergens Natural Glow instead of regular makeup. If you use it regularly, there is an accumulated level of tanning-not too much but enough to notice. I like the look. I was having difficulty finding a makeup that was a good match for my skin tone and one which did not have a heavy makeup look. I got the Natural Glow as a sample attached to a larger version and I've been using it ever since. I use this lotion almost every day when I get out of the shower. I love it because it not only moisturizes my skin but it is a gradual tanner that looks natural & leaves my skin with a light shimmer. I can't handle the smell.
I personally have never attempted to use this lotion because my best friend and my former room mate both swore by this stuff.... all i know is it gave both of them (one is a cool blonde and the other is a warm brunette) a sheer orange glow/tint... AND I COULD SMELL THEM A MILE AWAY! They always insisted it smelled good... which it does smell fresh straight out of the tube... but after you apply i...read moret they always had that weird self tanner smell about them... and if they ever borrowed my clothes (which is frequent) my clothes always smell like self tanner upon being returned... ugh even my roomie's actual ROOM smelled like the stuff... honestly i'd rather pay the money for a spray tan or take the cancer risk... that's how gross this gradual tanner is...This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

Does Work
I purchased this last summer at Walgreens. I thought it worked well. Even though I'm darker toned, I did notice a tan after using it for two weeks,especially on my leggs. My leggs tend to be a bit lighter than the rest of. Well this evened me out nicely. I think it smells great,and it's worth the price. It's a good deal for what you pay for.
