Pretty Good, not Great
I like this product because it keeps lipstick from feathering, not because it plumps your lips. Maybe it does just a little, but it's wonderful for keeping lipstick on all day and keeping it put! So I guess while it doesn't meet it's claims as a plumper, it's still a good product.
