All of the scent names sound really nice, but in reality, they just smell cheap and vaguely fruity. The conditioner didn't do anything except tangle my hair some and leave it feeling stripped. Ok, when I was younger I was stuck using VO5, Sauve and White Rain products because that's what my family bought, but when I went out on my own I thought that maybe it would be a good idea to save money on my products and just get VO5... well what a waste, it was a rude reminder why I hated washing my hair. VO5 should read these reviews because this conditioner is the worst by far. Not only was my hair not silky and had a sickening smell to it (which thank god mostly washed out, and didn't last more then an hour), but it tangles hair and makes it look greasy. this is a very poor quality brand

POOR, POOR VO5
Guess, we all have our day. VO5 was a family shampoo & conditioner when I was growing up. Every household in American had purchased it at one time or anyother, I assure you. No BIG deal was placed on shampoos & conditioners like they do today. Nothing was rated - we just guessed at our purchase, laughing to self. Honestly, now that I am aware of unscrupulous advertisement I have to go with a 'ONE' for poor, poor VO5 both shampoo and conditioner. darn I just wasted another $1 on a bottle of water
I agree, I usually buy good conds. but i was in a hurry and thought well conditioner is conditioner they all untangle. WRONG! when I poured the cond. in my hand it was like water,but worse it was't good for me. My hair was tangled, knotted, a mess. I can't believe they still make V05
V05 has got to be the worst product out there!!! This conditioner is no exception! It does not leave hair soft. In fact, after rinsing the conditioner it doesn't feel like you even put conditioner in your hair. Smells so nice but..
I am a sucker for anything that smells sweet and the $1 price tag is quite attractive too. The shampoo is ok and it smells delicious but the conditioner is very weak and doesn't do much to moisturizer or detangle. I still use it now just to put on my hair as a last rinse because I ADORE the smell but it does nothing. It's just like water. Or children's conditioner. I used it once as fabric softener and it made my clothes smell amazing but it wasn't softening on the fabrics either ahahahaa.
