Rich and softening!
I got the shampoo only and it was so rich and creamy! The shampoo is not watered down like some cheaper brands, it is really thick! But it makes hair so soft. It lathers well and smells amazing, like coconut. I have fine hair, and I'm always tempted to not use conditioner because this shampoo is so hydrating! (of course I would never do such a thing ;) ) But I definitely really like it. Will buy again! Love it!
Bumble and Bumble Creme De Coco feels just like getting your hair washed at the salon. You know that scent- when your at the salon and your hairdresser is massaging your scalp and the wonderful scent from the shampoo just relaxes your whole body! Every time I use Bumble and Bumble Creme De Coco I feel like I'm pampering myself- It's just so intoxicating! This shampoo and conditioner not only smells great, it delivers the best results of any products I have ever used. Thankfully they sell travel sizes. Great Shampoo!
I got this as a sample from work because I heard a lot of good stuff about it, but have yet to try it myself. And now that I finally got to experience it for my own, I am definitely liking this product. This shampoo makes my hair feel so nice. My hair feels super soft after I use it and it doesn't leave my hair tangled like some shampoos can do to my long hair. I also like how the coconut scent isn't overpowering. Love it, but not a fan of the sulfates
I fell in love with this shampoo, made my hair super soft, shiney and smelled wonderful. However, I am trying to use more "green" products and I was heartbroken to learn that it has sulfates in it. pretty good!

Glad I didn't spend the money
My hair is thick, wavy and very dry (color, heat damage). A hairstylist insisted I needed Bumble & bumble Creme de Coco and related products. Prices were pretty expensive at the salon, so I passed, but later bought a 4-pc travel size set at Target for about $25. Results were just terrible! Felt like glue on my hair, and the dryness seemed to get worse.
