Philosophy Eye Believe
I really like quite a few of Philosophy's products, but I wasn't really impressed with this particular eye cream. I didn't see much of a difference in the eye area, and it seemed to be a bit spendy for what it really does. Never thought I'd "cheat" on my Philosophy "Hope in a tube" -- but this is WONderful! Does what it says, and you only have to use a little - seriously!
