  Hormonal breakouts

  I had suffered for the past several years with hormonal breakouts- my skin was never clear! Clinique's Acne Solution product line has saved my skin. I LOVE the clarifying lotion- if feels great on my skin. It doesn't dry it out, (I have a normal/combo. skin type)it feels refreshing and cuts the redness.   The 3 step system is awesome!

  i don't know about anyone else, but i am 23, still get acne breakouts, and am still completely embarrassed about it. When I started using the Acne Solutions 3 step system, I noticed an immediate difference in the appearance and texture of my skin. The first few weeks, my breakouts seemed just a little worse...but everything... hasto get worse before it gets better. Keep in mind it was not any worse than a couple extra zits, and nobody noticed but me. Now, I have zero breakouts, my skin is in the best condition it's ever been in and I am a dedicated and loyal cliniqueist.... I will bever use another system on my beautiful face!   Irritating

  The Clinique Acne system actually cleared me up well and I had the smoothest, most blemish-free skin of my life - but it also irritated my skin so much my face was always redder than the rest of my skin. I continues to use it for a while hoping that it was just a temporary thing, but it persisted. It didnt really dry me o...ut or make me itch or anything - just turned me pink. I got tired of co-workers and others asking me why my face was red so I discontinued it. May 10, 2008, 4:09 pm

  The potential benefits don't outweigh possible irritation

  I have very sensitive skin and I was given this toner as part of a three part acne system. This was my least favorite of the three. The alcohol and witch hazel in this product have the potential to bring on just as much irritation as benefit. I used this product only a few times and I would not recommend using it every d...ay if you have sensitive skin. A lot of the time, acne is caused BECAUSE of irritation. You may get a temporary feeling of winning the acne battle with this toner, but the risk of backlash from your skin should make you think twice! February 11, 2008, 2:04 pm

  Miracle worker

  I've used toners before, and every one left my skin feeling tight and tingly. But this new product from Clinique's Acne Solutions line is the perfect companion to my morning and evening cleansing routines. It gets rid of all the dryness on my face and does its fair share of fighting my pimples (which I unfairly get into my ...mid 20s--humph!). I make sure my drawers stocked with extra bottles so I never run out. It's the best! December 27, 2007, 6:02 am

  this is the solution!

  I tried the 3-piece kit and got better results from this than I ever did with Proactiv. My skin is clear, but I use the clarifying lotion to maintain and it is so gentle. A tip... the step 3 can be a little drying, but I was told to use an additonal oil free moisturizer and it worked! December 22, 2007, 5:26 am

  This product, in conjunction with the face wash and the acne face lotion, finally work on my skin. I have normal skin with dry patches, and acne. Most acne treatments dry out my skin, but the Clinique lady told me to use the face wash and the Clarifying lotion twice a day, but the face lotion and gel treatment only before... going to bed.   Keeps your complexion clear without dryness

  I've been using this product regularly for over a year. I've loved it so much I stocked up on more than one so I'd have enough to last me awhile, and I gave one to my sister. I use it after cleansing my face at night and occasionally during the day also. I used to get acne along my jawline, hairline, and below my cheekbon...es but since using this product I've been able to maintain clear skin. I've found a very good product that I will continue to use faithfully! Thanks Clinique for addressing the concerns of women with sensitive skin!! April 19, 2008, 4:20 pm

  Works great for mild/moderate acne

  I had always had problems with acne, and I've tried many different products over the years. Clinique's Acne Solutions lotion works really well for me, and I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. Unlike many other skin care products, it doesn't leave my face feeling dried out or sensitive to harsh chemicals. If you're s...hopping around for a new skin care regime, I'd definitely recommend Clinique's products.
