Not for oily skin

NO STAYING POWER!
This eyeliner looks GREAT when you first apply it. And for about an hour after that point. Then, it starts to blend and smear onto your eyelids, leaving a mess. Okay
It's satisfying, but not as wowing to me. Maybe because I already tried the Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliners, that this one is less appealing to me. These aren't as creamy, and they smudge waaay too easily. I love the navy!
A make-up artist recommended the navy color to me, stating that navy is better than black as it is not as harsh and makes the whites of your eyes sparkle more. So, I bought this one and she was right. It lasts all day especially if I layer it with a navy eye shadow over top of the line. AWESOME-can't beat it for the $$$$$$$$
I've been wearing eyeliner for 40 years. Yes, 40. I've tried almost every line out there. These are great, esp the waterproof ones that I bought while living in Sweaty Florida. Had to use wp there. I STILL have some of these pencils 15-18 yrs. later and they have not crumbled.
