Not bad at all
I own this brand and type of eyeliner in brown, black, AND navy....so I guess you could say I'm a fan. It goes on smoothly and lasts a pretty decent amount of time. If you're looking for a 12+ hour eyeliner, than this probably isn't for you. I use it because my eyes react pretty badly to other eyeliners, but this one doesn't bother my eyes at all. Wonderful

Eye Pencil
