I've had better plumpers.
This product tingles (not burns) and turns my lips reddish. The tingling doesn't last that long and is very minumal. It smells yummy - kind of fruity. It's not that great of a plumper and it doesn't leave my lips moisturized. It is a clear solution that comes in a tube with a 'paint brush' if you will. I did not really see any plumping.
