Not for me
LittleBunny (383 reviews)I don't know why, but Clinique skin care products just don't work for me. All I get is redness and irritation...maybe they're not good for sensitive skin like mine. This didn't help me. — 11 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Okay but didn't work well enough for me.
LipglossandSpandex (486 reviews)My skin: Severe cystic acne-prone skin. Very oily. Not sensitive to products. Requires a strict cleansing regimen of cleanser (sometimes 2x), alcohol based toner, and antibiotics (doxycycline) as well as topical treatments (I used several in rotation, including Clinique's Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer). PROS: Has 2. 5% benzoyl peroxide. As ONE part of my acne skincare arsenal, did a decent job of keeping acne to a tolerable level. CONS: The name is misleading--more of a clearing treatment than clearing moisturizer, which was okay for me since my skin was super oily. Did not cause my skin to become more sensitive or to dry out excessively. But for me personally, did not work as well on my skin as my 10% drugstore benzoyl peroxide. Did not eliminate acne completely (although I have yet to find anything that does). Overall, a decent product but didn't work perfectly for me. — 2 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Buying Guide
11 Worst Face Moisturizers -
Review subject
MissPurple (581 reviews)I have mild to medium acne, but my skin is not bad all the time. I purchased this (along with the cleanser) and I ended up taking them both back. I have oily skin, and I need a wash with more exfoliating action. I tried using it twice a day to see if that made a dif, but it still was not enough for me. The Cliniqu Acne Solutions Clearing Moisturizer (oil free) was good, but not good enough to pay what I had paid. I used it for about a week, and while it gave my skin a more matte look (which I like) it still didn't feel as clean. I also tried the Clarifying lotion, which was a great product, that one I kept, and will be purchasing again. Overall they were not bad products, I just think I need a little more to keep my skin under control. — 6 months, 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
