gimmick
The heat of the mask only lasts for 15 seconds tops, I think this product is sold only as a gimmick or novelty. I get better pore cleansing from a steamy shower and a gentle exfoliation. The face didn't feel clean afterwards, so I had to cleanse with my usual cleanser afterwards. Self-Heating Mask
It says to massage into face for one mintue, but after you put it on and it burns for the first 7 seven seconds, it starts to feel glue is all over your face, then takes a while to wash off. warming does not mean its good for your skin

my favorite face mask
I absolutely love the warming feeling of this mask on my face. I actually leave the mask on for about five minutes. My skin feels less oily but not dried out. I do wish this came in a tube instead of a pack of individual packets since it's hard to get all the product out of the packet. Funner than pore strips.
I like this because it's warming, and gets my face super clean and soft. It doesn't dry out my skin by sucking every drop of sebum from my pores, so that's a good thing. Wonderful home spa experience!
Lost a star for the heat not lasting as long as I'd like. But that's it! That's the only drawback! The heat lasts way longer than the warming cleanser and is a fun special occasion mask for a relaxing beauty night with the sisters (or friends, or mom, or whatever!). Soothing
First and foremost, this product is relaxing. It's a nice way to pamper yourself without paying 50 bucks at the salon, though it doesn't stay warm for very long. But it also cleanses and clears skin.
