The heat of the mask only lasts for 15 seconds tops, I think this product is sold only as a gimmick or novelty. I get better pore cleansing from a steamy shower and a gentle exfoliation. The face didn't feel clean afterwards, so I had to cleanse with my usual cleanser afterwards. It says to massage into face for one mintue, but after you put it on and it burns for the first 7 seven seconds, it starts to feel glue is all over your face, then takes a while to wash off. warming does not mean its good for your skin
