Low pigment but still awesome
I love this product so much!!! But I still agree that the pigmentation is lacking. I think the color still looks great, but is not the color it is supposed to be. These pencils come in wide variety of fun, cool colors and you def. cant beat the price. They go on pretty smoothly but I've had better. copper is very pretty on blue eyes
