There are 60 tablets in a bottle and it says only to use it for one week each month, so this bottle will last you a long time if you take it as recommended. Great product. 	Arbonne On The Go Weight Loss Chews I tend to get really hungry by 11 a.m., so I pop one of these and it helps me get through that hump until I need to have lunch.
