I’m going to take a bold (ha!) stance and say no, heck no, would I ever spend that much on an eyeliner. Unless it was some sort of magic eyeliner with free refills for life and a genie that pops out to apply my makeup for me and clean up my bathroom while I’m at work. Actually, that would be pretty awesome, they should totally invent that product. But I digress ...

Apparently some people are paying this much for eyeliners, or at least someone is trying to sell them. Serge Lutens has an eyeliner for $75 and La Prarie is selling one for the bargain of $50. Who is buying these?! And why would you spend so much when these eyeliners work great and cost less than $10?

I’m not saying I’m cheap, I’ll splurge for an amazing foundation or life-changing mascara, but I draw the line at an eyeliner over $20. Am I out of line? Pun (kind of) intended.
