Readers say these anti-aging skin care products are just expensive moisturizers (at best) -- ouch
No. 11: Chanel Precision Sublimage Essential Regenerating Cream, $350
TotalBeauty.com average member rating: 5.3*Why: Readers say this product is "expensive and sooo NOT worth the price" and is a "disappointment." It's "very greasy, made my skin really oily, and did nothing to firm or make my skin look better. [If it was] a $70 moisturizer, I would buy it for my nighttime cream, but for the cost of what this is, no way." Another agrees saying, "I'm disappointed that a product of this price point from a company with so many resources could be so profoundly disappointing." She said it was a "heavily perfumed cream with a waxy texture that failed to sink into my skin."
