Awh shucks :( i was just about to buy that stila eyeliner too. I would have thought stila and cargo would be the best. Guess not. So glad i read this before buying!

Best ever and inexpensive liners are Almay waterproof and Avon Glimmersticks Waterproof. I found the best are water proof as opposed to long lasting, they don't run, smudge or just disapper. You near to wash them off!
