Relaxing Foot SoakThis is a great way to detox and relax, especially since many of us spend all day on our feet.
1 cup Epsom salt
1 peppermint tea bag
1 chamomile tea bag
1 basin of water
Fill a basin with warm water and add the Epsom salts and tea bags. Soak feet for 30 minutes.
