If T3 blow-dryers and Viva La Juicy are far out of your budget, here are great alternatives for the gals on your list
Harajuku Lovers G Eau de Parfum, $25
Young, hip and fashionable, Gwen Stefani's "Harajuku Lovers" fragrance line is great for the trend-conscious, particularly in the teen (or of-teen-state-of-mind) sector. G's yummy, floral scent appears to be the biggest hit in the line based on its glowing reviews.

I guess i really depends on recipient. My friends would probably think poorly if i got them any of the things on the list. They use a lot of beauty products too, so those are things they would get themselves or things you would get to less close friends particularly those in college and before. After college you gotta up your gift giving game. Sounds stupid but if you don't know what your friends would like don't get anything that has to do with bath, showers, and fragrances unless they specifically asked or mentioned they want it.
