It's avery nice makeup remover, very gentle. It comes in a cute bottle. It is a two-phase, and does feel oily on the life when you remove makeup, but it does the job really well. Removes even tough makeup. I've often had a lot of discomfort on my eyelids using more expensive oil based makeup removers, but didn't have any issues with this one. It is very gentle, and doesn't have any smell to it, which is perfect. Excellent product, affordable. Gentle, effective, oily
Those three words pretty much sum it up. I'm willing to forgive the oiliness because it works so dang well. I usually have to use a Q-tip to clean up dark eye makeup that the first round of remover didn't actually remove. Not so with Boot's lovely potion.
