      Omg this is definitely the best dual-phase eye makeup remover in the market! It contains Iceland moss extract to hydrate and calm the skin and oil to remove stubborn eye makeup, including waterproof mascara. It also feels very gentle on the skin and is never too drying or too oily. All I have to do is soak a cotton pad with... this, leave it on my eye for 5-10 seconds and all of my eye makeup is gone! Plus at $6 a pop, you really cannot beat the price! I highly recommend this for all types of skin. March 28, 2008, 9:27 am

      This product works as well if not better than far more expensive products on the market. I love the price, and I love the fact that it works on just about any eye makeup combination that I can put together. Even helps with false eyelash adhesive! I'll definitely be repurchasing this!       I have finally found a quality product for a very reasonable price. For years I have used the pricey Lancome Bi-Facil eye makeup remover because my waterproof liner & mascara wouldn't budge with anything else. Then I found Boots. It works just as well.       I read one review on this, and decided why not, it's only 7 bucks. Man is it worth its money! It takes off all traces of my dark eye makeup and does not irritate or sting my eyes. July 17, 2008, 4:12 pm

      This eye makeup remover removed my eye makeup better than any remover i had ever tried! Its soothing to the skin, so it definitely lives up to its name! Its not expensive either, which is another great bonus! You get a lot of quality for your money. It is a tad oily after you remove your makeup , but because it works so we...ll you tend to forget about that. Its packed with all kinds of good ingredients for your skin , so even with it being a tad oily, its a winner all around! April 1, 2009, 10:08 am

      Those three words pretty much sum it up. I'm willing to forgive the oiliness because it works so dang well. I usually have to use a Q-tip to clean up dark eye makeup that the first round of remover didn't actually remove. Not so with Boot's lovely potion.       Removes almost all

      It's one of my favorite eye makeup removers. It removes almost all of my eye makeup. It's really gentle and not greasy. I am only giving it an 8 because it takes a bit more effort when I am wearing heavy duty waterproof mascara. I haven't found one yet that isn't greasy and removes the waterproof stuff.
