Those three words pretty much sum it up. I'm willing to forgive the oiliness because it works so dang well. I usually have to use a Q-tip to clean up dark eye makeup that the first round of remover didn't actually remove. Not so with Boot's lovely potion. This takes forever to take off waterproof mascara. It doesn't sting my eyes like other make-up remover though,. I thought since it was oil based that it would make my lashes soft. My lashes feel quite dry long after I have taken my make-up off. I will stick with vaseline to take my mascara off.
