Expert Tip: Before you apply self-tanner, make sure you're waxed, shaved and exfoliated, says Cindy Barshop, owner of Completely Bare Spas. Using a scrub (try Sue Devitt Exfoliating Body Wash, $25) pre-tanning makes the color last longer and you won't want to shave or wax post-tanning or you risk splotches.

I'm sure of of them don't have to use self tanner, they are naturally tanned. I wish I had more patience and skill do apply self tanner so that it looks natural and even
